The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of luxury multi-residential projects, ensuring delivery across programme, budget, quality and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and site teams
- Driving programme and budget performance
- Maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading project meetings and reporting on progress
- Ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential or luxury construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Passion for delivering premium projects with outstanding finishes
