An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark apartment development located in North Brisbane. This role will see you take full responsibility for the successful execution of the project from construction through to completion, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and financial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project team throughout the construction lifecycle
- Drive programme delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project performance
- Foster a positive and collaborative site culture
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
