The Role
- You’ll take ownership of road and highway projects, leading teams across all phases from planning through to delivery. These are complex, mid-tier infrastructure works, typically in the $30M–$50M range, with full support from an experienced senior leadership team.
- Projects are based across the Gympie to Rockhampton region, with flexibility for local candidates or those based in SEQ open to DIDO/FIFO arrangements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end delivery of TMR road infrastructure projects
- Leading site teams across bulk earthworks, pavements, drainage and structures
- Driving program, cost control and commercial outcomes
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with TMR specifications and safety standards
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on TMR projects
- Strong background delivering road infrastructure projects
- Experience working on projects in the $30M–$50M range highly advantageous
- Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent) required
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully
- Strong commercial and contract management capability
- Based in QLD or open to travel/DIDO/FIFO across regional projects
