Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in shopfitting? Our client is a well-established Melbourne-based business delivering high-quality fitouts and custom joinery across Australia. They are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and deliver retail, hospitality, healthcare, kiosk, and salon fitouts.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee production, installation, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Liaise with clients, architects, interior designers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Track budgets, schedules, risks, and changes.
- Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are maintained onsite.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a shopfitting / fit-out business.
- At least 7 years as a Project Manager, ideally specalising in retail projects
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, design, or related fields.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
