This full-time, salaried role is ideal for a hands-on and organised project leader with a background in electrical switchboards or similar environments. Based in Clarence Gardens, you’ll oversee the delivery of projects from estimation handover through to dispatch, ensuring quality outcomes, on time and within budget.
The Role
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle from quotation handover to final delivery
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to manage priorities and delivery schedules
- Supervise workshop teams, ensuring QA compliance and progress against budget
- Provide regular project reporting, manage variations, and resolve any production issues
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and standardisation initiatives
The Person
- Experience in electrical switchboard manufacturing, with strong project supervision skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic and layout drawings
- Confident communicator, capable of working closely with internal teams and clients
- Proficient with ERP systems (SAP highly desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Trade background or electrical/switchboard knowledge highly regarded
