The Role
In this role, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing projects from quotation handover through to dispatch ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing production schedules, resources, and priorities to meet project deadlines
- Leading and supporting workshop teams in achieving quality and safety targets
- Liaising with clients, internal departments, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain smooth project flow
- Overseeing QA checks, documentation, and progress reporting
- Driving continuous improvement and standardisation across manufacturing processes
About You
You’re an organised and proactive leader with experience in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical production environments and a passion for delivering great results.
You’ll bring:
- Experience supervising or coordinating projects in a manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication setting
- The ability to read and interpret technical or electrical drawings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) and Microsoft Office
- A background in electrical, mechanical, or industrial trades or engineering (advantageous)
