This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys seeing work through from start to finish and can confidently manage competing priorities while working independently.
The Opportunity
Working across a portfolio of vacant properties, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are brought back to a high standard and ready for reletting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property inspections following renter exits
- Managing the goods left behind process in line with policy and legislation
- Coordinating cleaning and rubbish removal
- Preparing scopes of works for maintenance
- Coordinating repairs through internal maintenance teams and contractors
- Completing post-maintenance inspections to ensure works meet the required standard
- Preparing entry condition reports and ensuring properties are ready for new renters
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, ideally within community or social housing
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy and property inspection processes
- Experience coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage multiple properties
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
