The Role
As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction, and sustainable tenancies. Your week will include:
- Managing tenancy applications, lease sign-ups, inspections, and condition reports
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor engagement
- Managing rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy transitions
- Representing the organisation at tribunal hearings when required
- Delivering a responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused customer experience
About You
You're an experienced residential property professional who thrives on building relationships and solving problems. You'll bring:
- Experience in residential or tenancy management (affordable housing exposure advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Current NSW Driver Licence and Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
