About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Management or a related business field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Local or state gov experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Negotiating property contracts/agreements
- Procurement and contract management
- Resource, time, and stakeholder management
