We're partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer to recruit a Quality Controller for their production facility in South West Sydney.

Hours 5am -3pm - 40 hour week - Lots of overtime
$32 per hour
The Role
Working closely with Production and Operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring products meet quality specifications through testing, inspection and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and test products throughout the manufacturing process
- Verify product quality against specifications and standards
- Record inspection and test results accurately
- Identify and report quality issues to production and management
- Use measuring equipment including micrometers, gauges, rulers and tape measures
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection records
- Support continuous improvement and safe working practices
- Work collaboratively with production teams to maintain quality standards
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment who has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control, Production or Manufacturing role
- Experience using measuring equipment and interpreting specifications
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
