About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Botany. Working Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in ensuring all manufactured products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Quality Engineer you'll ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications
- The Quality Engineer will maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and industry requirements
- As the Quality Engineer you will identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- This Quality Engineer will support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- The Quality Engineer will conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- The Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality
- This Quality Engineer will participate in internal and external audits
- As the Quality Engineer you will develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role within manufacturing
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO standards)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience within highly regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, mining, or medical devices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
