With their head office located in Perth's southern suburbs, you’ll support projects across the Perth metropolitan area, working alongside engineers, project managers, clients and an experienced surveying team.

The Role:
No two days will look exactly the same. You’ll be involved in both office based technical work and site visits, helping ensure quantities, project information and commercial requirements are accurately managed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing quantity take offs, bills of quantities and estimating support.
- Processing digital survey data and interpreting technical information.
- Working with earthworks quantities, quarry materials and volume calculations.
- Assisting with end of month (EOM) reporting and progress claims.
- Reading and interpreting Australian construction specifications (AUSCONs).
- Using software such as 12d, AutoCAD and Civil 3D to support project delivery.
- Visiting sites across Perth to work with project managers on quantities, claims and project requirements.
- Liaising with engineers, clients, contractors and internal teams to keep information accurate and projects moving.
- Supporting multiple projects, with individual stages typically ranging from $3 million to $6 million.
We’re interested in someone who is comfortable working with numbers, has a good eye for detail and understands how accurate quantities and reliable technical information contribute to successful project delivery.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience with quantities, take-offs, estimating or surveying related calculations.
- Confidence processing digital information and working with technical data.
- Some exposure to 12d, AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
- An understanding of bills of quantities, progress claims and EOM reporting, or the ability to develop these skills.
- The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- An understanding of bulk earthworks and quarry material volumes.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with project managers, engineers and clients.
- A practical approach to problem solving, with the ability to organise your workload across multiple projects.
