The Role
Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to join their Adelaide team. The role offers career progression, flexibility, and exposure to varied projects across the Built Environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate cost planning and management across multiple sectors
- Prepare cost plans, BOQs, and estimates using CostX
- Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Provide clear reporting, risk analysis, and advice to clients
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–5+ years’ experience in property or construction
- Proficient in CostX and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Local industry experience and full Australian working rights
