The Opportunity:
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations with communication and general administration.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Assist clients with inquiries and requests
- General admin and office tasks
- Assist with maintenance/contracts/Sales admin where required
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Must have at least 1+ years experience working in a similar role within the construction industry
- Experience in residential, commercial, insurance building or building supply sector
- Candidates returning to the workforce with previous construction experience, considered
