Recruitment Officer / Administrator
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer / Administrator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team within a local council in the Western Suburbs. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone confident managing high-volume administration, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing quality candidate and stakeholder support.
Key points:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end admin and coordination
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
- High-volume data entry and system updates (experience with HRIS or recruitment systems preferred)
- Local government experience highly regarded
- 3+ month contract with potential to extend
- Based in Melbourne's western suburbs
- $35-$40 per hour + super
