Release Coordinator

We’re currently seeking an experienced Release Coordinator to join a large, complex program environment, supporting the successful delivery of end-to-end release activities.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring deployments are well-planned, controlled and executed with minimal impact to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end release planning and scheduling
• Manage environment readiness across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod & Production
• Oversee deployment and cutover activities, including runbooks and rollback plans
• Ensure change governance processes and approvals are adhered to (CAB, ITIL)
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple teams
• Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders

About You:

• Proven experience in Release Coordination or Environment Management
• Strong understanding of ITIL, change control and testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident working across technical, business and vendor stakeholders
• Experience in Agile environments and exposure to CI/CD is beneficial

Desirable:

• Experience within Government or regulated environments
• Exposure to large-scale or enterprise-wide implementations
