Working closely with the construction and pre-site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from sales through to construction. You will be responsible for coordinating documentation, managing approvals, and supporting internal stakeholders throughout the build process.
The Role
- Managing construction and pre-site administration processes
- Preparing and processing building documentation
- Assisting with contracts adminsitration
- Coordinating permits, approvals, and compliance documentation
- Monitoring job progress and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting site supervisors and construction teams with administrative tasks
- Adhoc office duties
- Previous experience in residential construction administration
- Experience within permits, approvals, or pre-construction highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience using ClickHomes is highly regarded
