About the role
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented Residential Draftsperson who enjoys taking ownership and joining a business where their contribution is valued.

- Work across a variety of residential and commercial development projects
- Create, review and quality-check internal and external drawings
- Prepare and amend construction drawings
- Manage prestart variations and construction changes
- Complete quality assurance checks to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant and construction-ready
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Experience as a Draftsperson working on single and double-storey homes, as well as residential developments
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Strong knowledge of WA building codes, construction requirements, and documentation standards
- A positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
- Rare pathway into a Senior Draftsperson or Drafting Manager role
