About the Role
You'll be joining an established team of five Draftspersons working alongside four Designers, in a collaborative environment that values experience, fresh ideas and professional development.
- Preparing and amending detailed construction drawings for high-end custom homes
- Working across double and triple-storey residential projects valued up to $4 million
- Creating, reviewing and quality-checking internal and external drawings
- Managing variations and construction-related changes
- Liaising with internal teams, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and contributing to ongoing process improvements
- Experience as a Residential Draftsperson, across double and triple storey homes
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Strong understanding of WA building codes, construction requirements and documentation standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to take ownership of your work
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with Designers and fellow Draftspersons
- Work on some of Perth's most prestigious, architecturally designed custom homes
- Report to an experienced Drafting & Design Manager and work alongside a highly experienced team of Draftspersons and Designers
