About the Role
Due to strong ongoing demand and repeat client work, they are now looking for an experienced Residential Site Foreman
to lead a team of 3 to 4 full time carpenters, ensuring they’re productive, supported and focused each day. You’ll be responsible for coordinating materials, managing schedules, maintaining safety and quality standards, and staying active on the tools yourself.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small crew of in house carpenters across multiple sites
- Plan daily and weekly tasks, allocate work and monitor progress
- Order and coordinate materials, tools and equipment deliveries
- Maintain site safety, compliance and cleanliness
- Liaise with suppliers and the internal team
- Represent the builder professionally to clients, consultants and trades
- Contribute on the tools as required to support your team and drive progress
- Background as a qualified carpenter with experience on high end custom builds
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, premium finishes and site logistics
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality and control
- Salary from $120k to $145k + Super + Package(negotiable based on experience)
