An established and growing residential builder with a strong pipeline of projects across Perth, specialising in custom homes and residential developments, is seeking an experienced construction professional to join their team.

The Opportunity
This is a varied role, available full-time or part-time, and is primarily office-based, with one day per week/fortnight on site. It’s ideal for someone looking to take ownership of their role, develop their skills and broaden their experience.
With a focus on custom homes and developments, you’ll have a varied and manageable workload, gaining exposure across estimating, scheduling and project coordination. You’ll work closely with trades, suppliers, consultants and clients to keep projects on track and deliver great outcomes. What’s most important is your proactiveness, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering quality work.
About You
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and motivated construction professional.
- 3–5+ years experience working for a residential builder or returning to industry
- Experience across single and double-storey, and development projects
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, site supervision and or project coordination, admin managers also considered
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine, supportive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership and solve problems
- Genuine, supportive and collaborative team environment
- High level of autonomy and responsibility - trusted to do the work
- Full time or Part time and flexible working hours
- Exposure to a diverse range of residential projects
