They are looking for an ambitious and driven Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a single-site project in Perth’s northern suburbs.
The Opportunity
Working alongside another experienced Site Manager and a Leading Hand, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of residential construction projects, ensuring homes are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
- Manage one Northern Suburbs site with up to 26 structural steel, single-storey homes per stage
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Manage schedules and maintain an efficient workflow
- Ensure homes are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Maintain strong communication, quality and safety standards
We are open to speaking with experienced Site Supervisors / Site Managers, as well as candidates earlier in their Site Supervisor career who have the right attitude, work ethic and drive to succeed.
