In this role, you’ll take the lead in coordinating return-to-work and injury management processes, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation while supporting employees and managers to achieve positive and sustainable recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Return to Work and injury management programs across the organisation
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on injury management and WHS responsibilities
- Liaise with workers compensation insurers and external providers
- Develop and manage Recover at Work plans for injured employees
- Support incident investigations and recommend preventative strategies
About you:
- Experience in Return-to-Work coordination, injury management or WHS
- Strong understanding of NSW WHS legislation and Recover at Work requirements
- Completion of the Introduction to Return to Work Coordination (WorkCover approved) or equivalent
- Local government or public sector experience highly regarded.
