About the Role
You will be joining an established drafting team as a Revit / ArchiCAD Draftsperson, working across a range of residential projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings using Revit
- Producing documentation for DA/CC submissions
- Working from existing plans and modifying designs to suit site requirements
- Liaising with internal teams and consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to construction
- Strong experience using Revit or ArchiCAD in a residential building environment
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Background in project homes, custom homes, or similar
- Understanding of local council requirements and building regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
