Key Responsibilities

- The Revit Designer will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of design activities across multiple projects.
- As the Revit Designer you'll manage resource allocation and workload planning across the design team to maximise efficiency and project performance.
- This Revit Designer will drive best-practice Revit methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- As the Revit Designer you'll collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.
- The Revit Designer will contribute to engineering leadership initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and strategic business objectives.
- This Revit Designer will review and oversee design documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
- The Revit Designer will mentor and support designers, fostering professional development and technical excellence within the team.
- Proven experience as a Revit Designer within an MEP consulting, engineering, or building services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP
- Demonstrated experience leading design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong project planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- A collaborative approach with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects within deadlines.
