We’re currently seeking a Revit Documenter or Mid-Level Designer for an immediate contract opportunity with a busy Melbourne-based studio. This role will focus on space planning and test fitting for spec suites and smaller workplace fitouts, supporting a strong pipeline of projects.
This is a hands-on production role —ideal for someone who enjoys working efficiently in Revit and can confidently plan functional, well-resolved layouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare test fits and space planning layouts for workplace spec suites
- Produce accurate Revit documentation for smaller fitout projects
- Work across multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick turnaround layouts
- Ensure plans are practical, compliant, and aligned with client requirements
- Strong Revit proficiency(essential)
- Proven experience in space planning / test fitting(workplace preferred)
- Background in office fitouts or workplace interiors highly regarded
- Ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple projects
- Solid understanding of workspace planning principles and standards
- Detail-oriented with a strong documentation skillset
- Immediate start contract (3–6 months)
