This role sits within a DfMA-driven environment, focused on building smart, repeatable Revit content that supports design, coordination, and downstream manufacturing.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing structured, data-rich Revit content, ensuring models are consistent, scalable, and fully schedulable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit models, templates, and libraries
- Create parametric families aligned to a DfMA kit of parts
- Embed data for scheduling, reporting, and procurement
- Ensure strong BIM governance, naming conventions, and performance optimisation
- Strong Revit experience across families, templates, and documentation
- Proven ability to create parametric, schedulable BIM content
- Understanding of DfMA / modular construction
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Rhino experience + exposure to modular or prefabricated projects is desirable
