We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Safety Advisor to join our team on a landmark commercial construction project — the delivery of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Brisbane.

Responsibilities
- Drive site safety culture through daily presence and proactive leadership
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments across various work zones
- Monitor and maintain WHS documentation including SWMS, risk registers, and safety plans
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions
- Investigate incidents and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions
- Ensure contractor compliance with WHS requirements and assist with permit systems
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- 3+ years' Safety Advisory experience
- Cert IV in WHS
