I am working with a National Tier 2 Construction Company seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their growing team.

About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HSE role within the construction industry
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
- Solid experience across commercial and industrial sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working with safety management systems such as 1Breadcrumb, Hammertech, or similar
- Attractive salary package – up to $200k total package (depending on experience)
- Long-term project pipeline across Brisbane
- Supportive leadership and well-structured WHS systems
