About You
- Proven experience in a dedicated Health & Safety role within commercial construction.
- Background in high-rise commercial or mixed-use projects (highly regarded).
- Hold a Certificate IV in WHS/OHS – essential.
- Confident communicator who can engage and influence teams at all levels.
- Experienced with safety management platforms such as Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb, or similar.
- Collaborative, proactive, and genuinely passionate about embedding safety excellence.
- Attractive salary package – up to $190K, commensurate with experience.
