You will be working on a circa $90M luxury mixed-use commercial project located in Brisbane’s inner-city suburbs, project is expected to run for over two years.
The business also has a strong and growing pipeline of projects across SEQ, providing long-term stability and career progression.
This role would suit someone with a commercial construction background, with experience working on high rise projects.
You will be joining a growing HSEQ team and working under strong and supportive safety leadership.
The Role
- Sole site-based Safety Advisor on a large-scale $90M luxury commercial project
- Project based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs
- Partnering closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
- Supporting a builder with a strong pipeline of upcoming luxury SEQ projects
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- Experience working on high rise projects
- Confident operating autonomously as the sole site safety representative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage site teams
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to safety
- Comfortable working within established safety systems while driving continuous improvement
- Salary package up to $200k, dependent on experience
