You will operate as the sole site-based Safety Advisor on a large-scale high-rise project, partnering closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership. You will be supported by a collaborative and well-established HSEQ function, reporting directly to the HSE Manager.
The Role
- Sole site-based Safety Advisor on a $150M+ luxury high-rise project
- Project located on the Gold Coast
- Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
- Contribute to a builder with a strong pipeline of upcoming luxury developments
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
- High-rise project experience is essential
- Confident working autonomously as the sole site safety representative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working within established systems while driving continuous improvement
- Salary package up to $200K(dependent on experience)
