Due to continued growth in their Brisbane business, they are looking to appoint an experienced Safety Advisor to join the team.
The Role
- Lead safety across commercial construction projects (new build, refurb & fit-out)
- Act as a key on-site Safety Advisor, working closely with project teams
- Drive compliance, systems, and best practice across all stages of delivery
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and site personnel
- Partner with project leadership to support safe and successful project outcomes
- Join a business with a consistent and secure pipeline of work
- Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong background across new build and/or fit-out/refurbishment projects
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of site safety
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with a strong on-site presence
- Salary package up to $190k (depending on experience)
