Working as the site-based Safety Advisor, you will partner closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to drive safety performance, site engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the project.

- High-rise or large-scale project experience highly regarded
- Confident working autonomously while building strong on-site relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working within established systems and procedures
- Attractive hourly rate, with full-time equivalent salary package up to $200K (dependent on experience)
