Our client is looking for an OHS Supervisor to train & implement the site teams on health & safety standards within the residential space.
- Develop and implement HSE systems
- Inductions
- Incident investigation
- Audits
- Conduct safety workshops
- SWMS
- 3+ years' Health & Safety experience in commercial or residential construction.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Significant stakeholder management experience, including the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve an outcome.
- Proven ability to develop exceptional working relationships with site teams
- Integrity towards upholding the companies ethics & values
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with others to implement changes.
