This is a hands-on, site-based role, working across multiple commercial construction projects and supporting Site Managers, subcontractors and the wider workforce to ensure projects are delivered safely and successfully.
You will be someone who enjoys being out on site, building relationships with the workforce and taking a practical approach to safety rather than being stuck behind a desk.

About You:
- Commercial construction experience
- Hands-on and comfortable being out on site
- Trade background with relevant trade qualifications
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and requirements
- Confident communicating with workers, subcontractors and management
- Able to work autonomously while also being part of a wider team
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Intermediate computer skills, with MS Office experience preferred
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable contractor
- Supporting Site Managers with the day-to-day management of health and safety across projects
- Working closely with the workforce to improve safety awareness and performance
- Providing coaching, mentoring and practical safety advice to site teams
- Supporting site inductions and reviewing SWMS and JSAs
- Monitoring and reviewing safety systems across projects
- Assisting with incident investigations and ensuring actions are followed through to close out
- Monitoring subcontractor compliance and worker onboarding
- Identifying hazards and supporting project teams with effective risk controls
- Promoting a positive and proactive safety culture across site
