About you and the role:
Due to the exponential growth in the Modular building space, they are looking for an exceptional sales customer service-driven individual.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated sales background in Residential construction, alongside a genuine and compassionate approach to their work and clients. You will have the ability to genuinely influence the business's sales direction and success through your personal efforts whilst being generously rewarded.
- 2+ years working for a residential builder across Project, Custom or Modular homes
- Highly motivated Sales Professional with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Full understanding of the sales process with the ability to generate leads and turn these into sales
- The ability to build rapport and generate trust with your clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for providing genuine, outstanding and professional customer service
- Permanent role, including sick and annual leave
- Site based, with work from home considered
- Base Salary + Commission on Build Price & Pre-Start Upgrades
- No base salary payback
