Key Duties Include:
- Providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations
- Analyse project documentation to determine if all elements are included
- Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations
- Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process and identify potential areas of risk in the project.
- Offer technical support to team members and sales staff
- Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the building industry as an Estimator.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proven track record within the home building industry.
- Strong team player.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of residential design codes, building codes and other relevant Australian Standards.
- Sound knowledge of Operational process flow.
- Solutions-focused and goal-oriented to drive an overall positive culture within the business.
- Databuild & Framework experience is highly regarded.
