My client is one of Western Australia’s leading luxury home builders, renowned for delivering bespoke, architecturally designed homes of exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
They are now seeking an experienced Scheduler/Estimator
to join their team.
About the Role:
This is a pivotal position within a high performing team. As the Scheduler/Estimator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and costing
bespoke residential builds. You will work closely with senior management, supervisors, suppliers and trades to ensure every project runs seamlessly — on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
In addition to day to day scheduling and estimating, my client is looking for someone who can act as a champion for implementing a new system
to align with evolving business needs. You’ll help streamline processes, improve accuracy and enhance collaboration across the team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Scheduler and/or Estimator within the luxury high-end residential sector in WA(essential).
- A deep understanding of construction sequencing, procurement and cost management for bespoke homes.
- Strong supplier/trade relationships within the WA market.
- Demonstrated success in implementing or driving new systems/processes to improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
