Scheduler - Flexiable Working - WFH Options

Are you an organised and detail driven professional with a passion for residential construction?

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler to join a leading residential builder.

This role will see you play a key part in delivering high quality homes while enjoying flexible work options and a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain construction schedules for single and double storey homes
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects run to plan
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks and implement schedule updates as needed
• Manage pricing and variations including final accounts, invoice queries and maintenance of the price book
• Provide clear and timely communication to internal teams and clients
• Support project delivery across all stages from pre-start through to handover

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Scheduler within residential construction (single and double storey)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Databuild
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
