You’ll be joining a tight knit team where your work is genuinely appreciated, and where there’s room for flexibility and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects
- Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists
- Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors to keep timelines on track
- Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
- Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
- Strong experience in project homes within residential construction
- Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Strong communicator, happy working in a team oriented, family culture
- Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
