You’ll manage scheduling across diverse project types — from infill developments to premium residences — ensuring trades, materials and timelines stay tightly coordinated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Construction scheduling — Build and maintain timelines across multi‑unit, strata and custom‑home projects
- Trade & supplier coordination — Book trades, sequence works and ensure materials arrive on cue
- Build‑stage sequencing — Translate plans into logical workflow order for varied project types
- Progress tracking — Update internal systems, job notes and documentation
- Stakeholder communication — Liaise with supervisors, suppliers and clients to keep everything aligned
- Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
- Understanding of multi‑unit, duplex/triplex and rear‑strata build stages
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with different complexities
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Solid admin skills and confidence using construction software
- Up to $110,000 + superannuation
- Exposure to diverse project types: multi‑unit, strata, duplex/triplex and luxury custom homes
