- Deliver inclusive and effective community engagement across diverse and hard-to-reach audiences
- Plan and implement multi-channel communication strategies
- Manage online engagement
- Analyse feedback and provide strategic advice for Council projects and policies
- Produce publications and evaluate campaign impact
