Senior Architect
Design & Build are partnering with an internationally recognised architectural studio located south of Brisbane's CBD - seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join this firm to play a key role across a diverse portfolio to contribute and deliver award-winning work across multi-residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.

As a senior member of the studio, you will help shape project direction, mentor emerging architects, and contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects through all project stages.
- Develop and communicate strong design concepts aligned with project briefs and client aspirations.
- Manage consultant coordination and project documentation.
- Oversee planning approvals, design development, and contract documentation.
- Review project programmes, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior architects and graduate team members.
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale multi-residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong design sensibility combined with an interest in sustainability
- Excellent knowledge of Australian building regulations and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in Revit and contemporary design software
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of design and documentation quality.
