We’re looking for a presentation-led, design-driven Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced Design & Construct (D&C) environment. Someone who can confidently step into a room, lead conversations, pitch ideas, and help win work.
You’ll play a critical role at the front end of projects — working alongside our Sales team to interpret briefs, shape concepts, and present compelling design solutions that secure new opportunities. From there, you’ll take ownership — leading projects from concept through to delivery.
This role is flexible in title and level ( Senior / Associate / Senior Associate) depending on your experience, leadership capability, and commercial impact.
What We Do
We design and deliver people-powered workplaces, specialising in contemporary office and health environments. Our approach brings together strategy, design, and construction to create spaces that genuinely support people, culture, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing Front-End / Sales & Design Leadership
- Partnering with the Sales team to pitch, present, and win projects
- Leading client presentations with clarity, confidence, and creativity
- Running workshops, taking briefs, and shaping early design direction
- Creating compelling, high-impact concept designs and narratives
- Owning projects end-to-end — from concept through to construction
- Leading the creative direction across all stages of design
- Working closely with Workplace Strategy teams on workshops and insights
- Collaborating with Preconstruction and Delivery teams to ensure buildable outcomes
- Translating concepts into resolved, high-quality documentation
- Managing consultant coordination and stakeholder input
- Balancing creativity with budget, program, and construction constraints
- Mentoring junior designers and supporting team development
- For more experienced candidates: stepping into a people leadership / management role
- Proven experience in a commercial workplace or D&C environment(this is essential)
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills — you’re confident in the room
- A natural ability to sell ideas and influence decisions through design
- Demonstrated experience winning work or supporting sales processes
- Strong creative flair with the ability to lead design direction
- Experience delivering projects from brief → concept → construction
- Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and buildability
- Leadership or mentoring experience (highly regarded)
- You help win work, not just deliver it
- Clients trust your ideas and respond to your presentations
- Projects run smoothly under your leadership from start to finish
- The design team grows stronger through your guidance
- Be at the front of the conversation — not just behind the drawings
- Genuine opportunity to shape projects, clients, and design outcomes
- Clear pathway into Associate / Senior Associate leadership
- Work in a collaborative, energetic, and design-focused team
- A role that blends creativity, strategy, and commercial impact
