A highly established and growing global SaaS is looking to scale even further. They are changing their sector of the Financial Services market by providing cutting edge solutions to both the B2B and B2C market.
The Role:
If you want a role thats more than just cutting code this is it, in this role you can drive ideas in a role with exciting complexity and variation whilst working with a passionate team of product and engineering professionals who thrive on delivering solutions to complex scenarios.
This is a senior role, you will have a seat at the table where decisions are made and solutions are encouraged, you wont be sitting in the corner with headphones on all day but will instead be driving thought leadership within a collaborative environment.
Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong record of designing and scaling complex applications.
- Experience in Designing and maintaining modular, scalable microservices in a cloud-native environment (primarily on AWS).
- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade APIs and backend infrastructure using Python (Java or similar OOP languages).
- Strong understanding of secure API authentication and authorization rate limiting, and monitoring.
- Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.), data modeling, and performance tuning.

A Salary package up to $200k plus stock options are on offer, this role is fully hybrid between home and their CBD based offices.
