Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor pricing.
- Develop cost plans and pricing strategies.
- Assist with tender reviews and post tender negotiations.
- Support project teams through tender handover.
- Minimum three years senior estimating experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of the Perth and WA construction market.
- Proven ability to price work competitively and accurately.
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.
- Experience with Expert Estimation and Microsoft Office.
- Trade or tertiary qualification is advantageous.
