Senior Contracts Administrator
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Contracts Administrator wanting to step up into a Senior Contracts Administrator position OR an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator looking for their next opportunity.
The successful candidate will work within an established team on new build project worth $20M to $30M. Our client is a national tier 3 head contractor, specialising in commercial new build projects; retail, hospitality, office and mixed use commercial. This role is an office based role, with occasional site visits. If you have a passion and proven ability in Contracts Administration and love the Commercial construction industry, this role and company is for you.

Role Overview:
- Strong contractual focus
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
- General administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with your Project Manager, Site Manager, and Junior CAs.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
- Brisbane based.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Procore, Cheops, Hammertech…)
