The Opportunity
With a flagship $100M+ hotel project now in full swing, this builder is seeking a driven Senior Contract Administrator
to join the onsite delivery team.
You’ll work alongside the Project Director and Project Manager to oversee all commercial aspects of the build ensuring contract compliance, financial accuracy, risk control, and clarity across subcontractor packages.
This is a hands on role ideal for a detail led professional who thrives in the high stakes environment of large scale new build projects and wants to make a real impact.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- End-to-end contract administration of head contracts and subcontract packages
- Leading procurement, tender negotiations, scope clarifications, and amending contracts
- Managing variations, progress claims, claims certification, and payment reviews
- Providing accurate cost forecasts, budget reporting, and P&L analysis
- Identifying and managing commercial risks, delays, and claim disputes
- Building strong relationships with commercial, site, and client teams
- Ensuring adherence to contractual, statutory, and company compliance standards
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- 5–7+ years’ experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects (preferably $100M+)
- Proven track record of managing large scale new build contract administration
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and analytical rigour
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with MS Office and cost management softwares
- Competitive package up to $250,000 + Super, based on experience
- Ownership of commercial processes on a marquee hotel project
- Exposure to large scale, D&C integrated workflows
