Tech & Data People are currently working with a forward-thinking organisation that’s on the lookout for a Senior Data Science Manager who can confidently bridge the gap between complex analytics and business decision-making. This is a leadership-level role with the chance to influence both internal practices and client-facing outcomes.

Join a high growth organisation partnering with global brands, to take ownership of the data science function that is investing in AI. You will be required to develop strategy, build capability within AI as well as expanding the Data Science team.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative data team that values curiosity, creativity, and commercial thinking. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working across teams to shape how data is used to solve problems, spot opportunities, and ultimately add value.

In short, we’re looking for someone who can confidently lead on all things data science, from scoping and solution design to delivery, storytelling, and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead data science projects end to end, shaping the approach, guiding the team, and keeping client and business needs front of mind
  • Use a wide range of modelling techniques and data tools to extract insights and build scalable, impactful solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand and apply data-led thinking
  • Contribute to building out internal processes, upskilling the wider team, and championing modern, efficient practices across the board
  • Play an active role in growing AI and ML capabilities, and keep the team ahead of the curve with new tools and techniques
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hands-on background in data science, ideally 7+ years working in analytics environments
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver production-ready ML models
  • Confident working with cloud-based environments (e.g. GCP, BigQuery) and advanced SQL/Python skills
  • You’re just as comfortable in front of a stakeholder as you are in code and able to explain ideas clearly and back them up with evidence
  • A solid academic background in maths, stats, or a related STEM field
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a client-facing environment, or have experience with marketing data, GA/Adobe Analytics or BI tools like Tableau, Looker or Power BI
If you're looking to lead a data team where creativity, technical skill, and business thinking are all equally valued, this is one worth exploring.
