As a Senior Architect, you will lead design and delivery on technically complex and secure projects, guiding teams, mentoring emerging talent, and ensuring the highest standards of design and documentation are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design development, documentation, and coordination on high-security and Defence projects.
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with security protocols.
- Act as a key client liaison, providing expert advice and representing the practice on high-profile projects.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level architects, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of design and digital workflows, including BIM coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) requirements and project-specific security standards.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong portfolio including Defence, government, or other high-security projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, CAD, BIM coordination, and documentation workflows.
- Experience managing complex projects, multi-disciplinary teams, and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of security requirements and experience handling confidential project information.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Australian citizenship is essential to obtain the required Defence security clearance.
